Our Training

Our training was originally developed to support local communities and the surrounding boroughs in South East London as interactive class sessions. However, the demand to expand has now been extended to deliver some of our sessions via the internet to give further training opportunities to a wider audience. 

  • Specialists in safeguarding to include update and refresher training, online safety and supporting committees and youth organisations.

 

  • Supporting, consultancy and mentoring EYFS provisions. Will develop awareness about Ofsted expectations and the inspection process for Ofsted and Accreditation schemes.

 

  • Working directly with parents, children and families, managing and providing safe/secure environments, care, learning and development.

 

  • Teaching, assessing and verifying in partnership with other training companies following courses with awarding bodies such as City and Guilds, Cache and NCFE. Consultants are familiar with, and support Apprenticeship programmes and accredited courses at levels 1,2,3,4 including Paediatric 1st Aid.

 

  • Providing practical workshops for parents and families, practitioners and carers, which support children’s development and learning with the emphasis on ‘play’.

 

  • Designing and delivering small support programmes for childminders, parent/carers on subjects which have included; child developmentparent workshops, equality, diversity and inclusion, healthy living, literacy and numeracy.

 

  • Delivering specialised talks for conferences, Annual General Meetings, and Early Years Forums.

 

  • Providing up to date framework/guidelines, information and practice, such as EYFS       updates and Healthy Eating initiatives.

 

  • Assistance, support and training in leadership and management, recruitment, staff             supervision/appraisals, CPD guidance, and training to support staff development.

        

  • Consultancy in any of the above areas including Quality Assurance for further or adult education settings and training for teaching staff and assessors.
