As well as being qualified professionals the consultants/teachers have wealth of past experience which makes PASCAL Training Ltd unique.

Angela Pugh is a qualified childcare practitioner and adult teacher currently teaching, assessing and verifying nationally accredited childcare and adult qualifications for awarding bodies such as City and Guilds, Cache and NCFE. Holds a Lead Internal Quality Assurance Award and as a consultant for the company she specialises in 

practical workshops, child development, curriculum and assessment, 0-2yr training, working and supporting programmes for parents and childminders, and provides teacher/assessor/verifier training.

Past experiences include: Over 25 years experience in childcare and education. Managed a Quality Assurance team and worked as a lead Apprenticeship coordinator for one of the top national accredited training providers. Was an Early Years Development Worker for a London Borough which included mentoring for National Accreditation scheme and consultant to childcare provisions for Ofsted inspection visits. Resource and programme developer for childcare and adult education courses with major awarding body.

Linda Walls is a qualified childcare practitioner and adult teacher previously teaching and assessing nationally accredited qualifications for Cache.

For the company she specialises in a teaching and consultancy role. Supports early years settings in the delivery of the EYFS; training in leadership and management, including reflective practice and CPD guidance. Delivers behaviour workshops for parents and practitioners and further supports early years settings to aim towards meeting Ofsted requirements. 

Past experiences include: Over 25 years experience working in childcare and education. Owning, leading, and managing an 'outstanding' early year's setting. Has recruitment and employment experience with own provision and with other settings in a consultancy role. Equality & Diversity trainer for a National training provider to achieve Investors in People. A leading early years team member working as a Quality & Sufficiency Officer for a Local London Authority and voluntary panel member for the Bromley Youth Offending Team. 

Carol Haydon is a qualified childcare practitioner and adult teacher currently teaching,  assessing and verifying nationally accredited childcare and adult qualifications for awarding bodies such as City and Guilds, NCFE and Cache. Holds an Internal Quality Assurance Award and is a trustee and working member of a charitable organisation providing support for autistic children and young people.

For the company she specialises in all safeguarding training and consultancy, special educational needs, and coordinates annual and accredited programmes with other training companies

Past experiences include: Over 20 years experience working in childcare and education. Leading and managing an early years pre-school and parent and toddler group. As a leading member of a team, she has been instrumental in developing early years provisions in Romania, Brazil and Haiti. Teaching and supporting all staff and parents in safeguarding and helping to develop provision for children with special educational needs.
